The Power 2 Inspire Foundation (P2I) a 501c3, founded in 2013 by Music Director, Ray Chew and Music Industry Executive, Vivian Scott Chew, has empowered young aspiring music creators and future leaders in the music industry. We foster opportunities for talented musicians, singers, songwriters and industry executives who share a passion for creating “Music with a Heart”…

Through our transformative workshops, mentorship programs, educational opportunities and aiding in scholarship assistance, we do more than just shape talent; we reinforce the values of preparation and resilience. While striving to create a more equitable entertainment landscape through our multitude of initiatives, we also focus on nurturing young people who will in turn, inspire and uplift others.

RVMK Studio, located in Englewood, NJ, serves as a cutting-edge and intimate facility dedicated to nurturing and developing talent in an authentic manner. Led by composer / producer Ray Chew, the studio provides a collaborative environment for Power 2 Inspire alumni to produce top-notch creations. Vivian Scott Chew lends her expertise in packaging and promoting these works, collectively positioning the artists for success.

Moreover, our extensive network of established artists and mentors frequently visit the studio for listening sessions and contribute as guest features on upcoming projects.

VIVIAN SCOTT CHEW

Vivian is the Co-Founder and President of The Power 2 Inspire Foundation. She also serves on the boards of the New Jersey Council on the Arts, Covenant House International, The Living Legends Foundation and Bergen Performing Arts Center. In addition, Vivian is an advisor to the Universal Hip-Hop Museum.

RAY CHEW

Ray Chew remains steadfast in his commitment to philanthropy through both as co-founder and Chairman of the Power 2 Inspire Foundation and his fundraising efforts for the American Federation of Musicians.

AMRITA KHUANA

Amrita is an accomplished realtor in Bergen County, NJ, consistently recognized for her excellence. She is a community influencer, wife, mother of three, and real estate investor. Her love for real estate prompted her departure from a decade-long career in marketing at The New York Times.

BOB CELESTIN

Bob, a Yale and Columbia Law School graduate, has been an entertainment lawyer in NYC for 25+ years. He began as a corporate law associate at Kaye, Scholer, et. al, and later worked for Arista Records with Clive Davis. He then served as the VP/GM of Uptown Records, home to music legends like Mary J. Blige and Sean "Diddy" Combs. Bob currently runs his own law practice, advising and representing independent record labels, production companies, artists, producers, songwriters, DJs, and reality TV stars.

DEBI B. JACKSON

Debi co-hosted the highly-rated WBLS Sunday Classics alongside her late husband Hal Jackson. She is also known for her national radio voice and serves as the CEO of the Youth Development Foundation, promoting education and culture through scholarships for young women.

LYNDA KRAAR

Lynda is the CEO of Lynda Kraar & Associates, LLC, serving clients such as the POLIN Museum and Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel. Alongside her late husband, she raised millions of dollars for Jewish and Israel-related organizations and non-profits. Lynda is also a professional bass player and bandleader who splits her time between New York and Toronto.

RODNEY A. SCOTT

Rodney is a talent manager and producer with over 20 years of experience, working with authors, politicians, athletes, entertainers, and thought leaders. He has expertise in television, publishing, music, and sports, with a focus on strategic planning, creative direction, product development, and business management. Rodney is also the publisher of The Science of Mind Magazine, which offers guidance for spiritual living.

RONDA WILLIAMS

Ronda, CEO of Brand Speaks, Inc., has over 25 years of executive professional experience. She was instrumental in building Odyssey Media, a marketing and communications company focused on women of color. Ronda also spent 13 years at Avon Products Inc. in New York City. At Brand Speaks, she oversees brand development and coordination for a niche clientele, connecting them with corporate America.

TOM MAOLI

Tom is a local NJ entrepreneur, philanthropist, and CEO of Celebrity Motor Cars, LLC, a luxury dealership group in NJ and NY. He started his business career in 1985 with real estate investments and founded Real Estate Opportunity Investments LLC in 1991. He also owns Joe Zone Coffee Company and hosts the "Go Big or Go Home" radio show on iHeartRadio. Tom is also Power 2 Inspire's treasurer.
